How long does it take until I will receive my order?

1-2 weeks (Each Round).

How do I follow my order progress?

We’ll frequently update you by email or phone. Also if you want, We’ll send pictures.

Which payment options do you offer?

You can choose to pay through bank wire transfer, Paypal or Western Union.

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost is dependent on your location and total volume of your order.

Do I have to pay taxes?

Please note that all shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes. There may be additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For more information, we suggest you consult with a broker in your region.

Whats your return policy?

In the event, there is a manufacturing fault or the Final Goods do not meet the measurements or specifications agreed between You and our company, You must notify us such fact within a period of 20 days of receiving the goods, and deliver such faulty items to us within the agreed number of days from notifying the same . We shall promptly make arrangements to dispatch the rectified Final Goods back to you. There shall be no refund of payment in the event You wish to cancel an order once confirmed and paid for unless otherwise agreed between the Parties. The Return Policy does not apply to items whose tags, labels or seals have been removed, or to used, damaged, or laundered items.

Do we work with Custom made Colors and Prints?

Yes we do. Send us with your preferred color or custom artwork and we will provide you with a quotation in 24 hours.

Do you have all fabrics in stock?

We always have in stock several options of different fabrics and colours available for sampling. For bulk production it takes about 2-3 weeks to order.
